PasarBorong Online Sdn Bhd or well known as pasarborong.com will be organizing a pastry cooking class effective from 29th January 2004.
The one-day class will be conducted every Sunday from 9 to 5 pm. For a better concentration, each class will only limit to 10 students per session.
The class is suitable for all class of ages, professionals, housewives, college students etc.
The course will be instructed by chef Wan Noor Zamran, a diploma program trainer from a private institution who has taught for the last 14 years.
The fees will be RM100 only and each participant will be equipped with a folder containing notes and tips of cooking pastries.
We will also include a certification of participation for all completed participants.
The training will cover basic cooking method of cream caramel, sandwich bread, cream puff and a recipe from the collection of the said chef.
